Starting in 2003, Wildernet has been providing high speed Internet access, telepmetry, elephone and two-way radio in several regions on the west coast. Using a combination of old and new radio technology, we establish private links to the Internet backbone and the public switched telephone network with greatly improved performance compared with consumer-grade shared "broadband" services, and without the high cost of a dedicated satellite terminal.
